Maracuya’s solution provides a multi-dimensional security model. Our role-based system limits access to users based on exactly what they need to see and do.

Depending on what role a user has, they have access to different parts of the system. For example, a trader needs to use the trading system but can’t open client accounts. A compliance officer on the other hand can approve the opening of client accounts but can’t enter trades. These roles are configurable based on a detailed list of these types of rights.

Account filters are found at several levels. A broker can be configured to only see their own clients’ accounts. Managing brokers and compliance officers can have a broader view if desired. Web users are only able to access accounts where they are an authorized signatory. More specialized users such as accountants can be restricted to a selected list of accounts.
