Statements

While client statements are often looked at as just a report, Maracuya takes a more rigorous, procedure-driven approach. Before statements are available to clients, a month-end process of ensuring that all corrections have been made and any client-facing changes have been completed. Only once the back office is certain of this will statements be released to clients. Most importantly, once statements have been released, no further client-facing changes are permitted thus ensuring the accuracy and auditability of their statements.
